I can’t say I know the place but it did happen...in Brooklyn probably a few decades ago. Where?...I don’t know. But fotos don’t lie... and so (with my added touches) HERE IT IS! HOT AIR BALLOONS in Brooklyn as part of a neighborhood party on an empty lot.
