Prospect Park Carousel

The carousel started its life in Coney Island sometime between 1910 & 1915 and arrived in Prospect Park in 1952. After stop and start renovation, it was finally fully operational- Wurlitzer and all- in 1990. This work of art and place of joy is truly a Brooklyn treasure.
