Sunday at brighton beach

The family was ready. Lunches were packed. We were out of the apartment and on the BMT by mid-morning ready for a day a Coney Island/ Brighton Beach. The famed Boardwalk was constructed in 1923 and in 1927 the Cyclone opened. While it is true that many of the of the original attractions are gone, the spirit of Coney Island still lives on for current and future generations to enjoy.
